Project week is here!

This year at BCC we are all trying to do our part to save our beautiful planet.
To reduce, reuse, and recycle are all good ways to decrease global warming.
during project week in grade 7 we did a pop-up book witch taught the
students more about the problems of global warming. Click on the pictures

Exam week is here!

Things you can do to improve your scores during exam week:

If you don't understand something, ask your teacher.

Read and follow the instructions of your teachers and on your tests carefully. 

Be quiet during tests, respect your classmates.

Please no cheating or copying, you are only hurting yourself.

Welcome to unit 6: Eat for Life

In this unit students will learn about food fitness and good places to eat.
Students will also study count and non-count nouns with words such as
a/an, some/any, much and many.
Your homework for unit 6 is due on Friday August 23rd.

Welcome to Unit 5: Successful People

In this unit students will learn the meaning of Success. We will talk about
obligations and job requirements. Students will also study "have to" and
"don't have to." Your learning journal can be downloaded from the tab above.
Your homework for unit 5 is due on Friday August 9th 2013. 

Welcome to Unit 4: Making Friends

In this unit students will learn about friendships that changed the world.
Students will also learn about the past simple tence as well as regular and
irregular verbs. Downloads for unit 4 are available by clicking on the
unit 4 page above.
Your homework for this unit will be due on July 26th 2013. 

Writing and Speaking, your take home exams

I have created a page where you can download your speaking and
writing exams if you forget or loose them. These are "take home"
exams so you have plenty of time to complete them.
Your exams will be due on July 11th and 12th.

Review Week and Exam Week!

 This week is review week. Students will review the material from units 1, 2, and 3

then next week we will have our midterm exams. Here are some important things 

to remember when studying or taking exams.

If you don't understand something, raise your hand and ask your teacher.

Teachers are always there to help you. 

Don't talk to other students during exams. This could be cheating.

As always, if you miss a test, it is your responsibility to make it up.

Ask your teacher when you can take the test.
